ENQUIRIES CHANNEL SECTION
The Enquiries Channel is a means of communication that we place at your disposal to formulate specific questions arising from the application or interpretation of the Code of Ethics and Operational Principles, and all other CaixaBank Payments & Consumer rules of conduct. This channel is essential to comply with these regulations and is, therefore, an active part of the ongoing improvement of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer.
Consultations brought by groups other than those envisaged will not be admitted, as shown in the drop-down list of groups of the Platform Channel. In any event, consultations brought by customers will not be admitted, in which case the appropriate channel will be the Customer Service.
