1.7. 1 Información del mediador
CaixaBank Payments & Consumer E.F.C., S.A.U., (CaixaBank Payments & Consumer) media en la contratación del seguro como operador de banca-seguros vinculado de VidaCaixa S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros (VicaCaixa) y de SegurCaixa Adeslas S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros (SegurCaixa), inscrito en el Registro administrativo especial de mediadores de seguros de la Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones, con el número OV0077, según puede comprobarse ante ésta, con domicilio en Paseo de la Castellana 44, Madrid (DP 28046), teléfono 91 339 70 00, www.dgsfp.mineco.es CaixaBank Payments & Consumer tiene concertado un seguro de responsabilidad civil y dispone de una capacidad financiera de acuerdo a los requisitos legales.
La empresa matriz de CaixaBank Payments & Consumer tiene una participación superior al 10% del capital social de VidaCaixa y de SegurCaixa.
Actúa como encargado del tratamiento de datos de carácter personal recabados con motivo de la formalización del contrato de seguro, siendo responsables del tratamiento las entidades aseguradoras para las cuales distribuye esta operación.
El referido seguro da cumplimiento a las necesidades y exigencias del cliente, según las informaciones facilitadas por el mismo y cuyas características principales se especifican a continuación:
Seguro de vida: seguro destinado a cubrir el pago del principal del préstamo/crédito dispuesto pendiente de vencimiento en la fecha de fallecimiento. Adicionalmente, la operación de seguros podrá tener coberturas de gran invalidez, garantía de compra, utilización fraudulenta, desempleo / incapacidad temporal y/o indemnización compensatoria automovilística.
En caso de discrepancia entre dichas necesidades y exigencias, y lo establecido en el contrato que, en su caso, se suscriba, la Ley de Contrato de Seguro contempla el plazo de un mes desde la contratación del seguro para que se subsanen las divergencias existentes. Transcurrido dicho plazo sin que el contratante efectúe la reclamación rige lo establecido en la póliza.
El asesoramiento prestado se facilita con la finalidad de contratar un seguro y no cualquier otro producto que pudiera comercializar el mediador.
